Every item is prepared especially for your order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Order Tracking

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, has poor print quality or is significantly different from the product shown on our website, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
• Close-up photographs showing any damage, defect or printing issue

Our customer support team will review your claim. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return the item within the following 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days after the refund has been processed for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
